OFF-PEAK RATES ON-PEAK RATES

*There is a $100 cleaning fee per stay.
**A week is considered 7 nights.
Reservations
The Point House sleeps: 6 Guests
Check-in time: 4:00 pm Check-out time: 11:00 am
$300 Refundable Security Deposit due at the time of reservation.
Balance of reservation due 7 days prior to arrival.
VISA, MasterCard and Discover cards are accepted for payment.
Children over 12 are welcome. Sorry, no pets.
